Welcome to Bungalow White. By accessing our website and making a reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are governed by Greek Law.
1. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: From 15:00. (In accordance with the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels protocols for adequate cleaning).
- Check-out: By 11:00.
- Late check-outs between 11:00 and 18:00 may be subject to a 50% charge of the daily rate. After 18:00, a full day's rate will be charged, subject to availability.
2. Bookings and Payments
To confirm a reservation, an advance payment may be required. The remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival or departure.
3. Climate Crisis Resilience Fee (Formerly Accommodation Tax)
Under Greek tax law (Article 30, Law 5073/2023), a "Climate Crisis Resilience Fee" applies. This fee is not included in the room rate and must be paid directly by the guest at the property. For rented rooms/apartments, it is typically €1.50 per night (March-October) and €0.50 (November-February).
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms depend on the chosen rate (Flexible or Non-Refundable). For Flexible rates, cancellations made up to 14 or 21 days (depending on the season) prior to arrival are free of charge. In case of a no-show or early departure, 100% of the total booking cost will be charged.
5. Guest Behavior & Quiet Hours
According to Greek law, the summer quiet hours are 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00. Please respect the peace of other guests. Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the stay of guests causing disturbance or property damage.
6. Damages and Losses
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room or property facilities due to their negligence and must compensate the property. Bungalow White is not responsible for the loss of personal items, money, or valuables.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Greek Law. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Halkidiki or Thessaloniki.
